[ Story ]
Shot in black and white without a single line of dialogue, this drama depicts a guy working silently in a cattle shed in a farming village north of Tokyo. Watanabe Hirobumi, whose film And the Mud Ship Sails Away was selected for the Japanese Cinema Splash section of the 26th Tokyo International Film Festival, handles five roles for the film: director, producer, screenplay writer, editor, and lead actor.
A guy (Watanabe) living with his elderly grandmother (Hirayama Misao) works with naive dedication in a cattle shed. They spend their days untethered from the times, immersed in nature with sunshine, rain and tumultuous wind.
